I learned many things in the project. We did a great job.

The communication between team members was the most difficult part of this project. Because of the time conflict we were difficult to find out good time to meet face on face, so we did virtual meeting on Google Hangout. One example of the difficulty in the communication is happened during the thanksgiving break, the late check of the Slack message made late submit the work to others.

We mainly used Perforce to share the works, it is my first time to use the Perforce and I had some problem with it, but the other teammates helped me a lot. When we submit the files on Perforce we always has to explain and tell others where we uploaded and what’s the file name on Slack, if we don’t do that we really easy to confuse or miss the files.

Overall the group chemistry was very good. We went through team meetings smoothly a d did not have any significant problems. All group discussions ran smoothly and all team members were respectful to other tem members.
